Greetings, I am thrilled to welcome you to the Africa Women’s Leadership Academy, an esteemed extension of the respected Christian institution, the Accra Business School. As the founder, it gives me immense joy to introduce you to our Academy, a space devoted to the empowerment and advancement of African women through transformative leadership and business education.

At the heart of our Academy is a vision, a vision deeply grounded in a future where African women are not just present but play pivotal roles in leadership and decision-making pro- cesses across all sectors. It is this vision that propels our mission – “to provide unparalleled education and training for women, arming them with the essential skills to thrive in leadership roles and instigate positive change in their spheres of influence”.

We are deeply committed to fostering innovation, upholding the princi- ples of equality, and promoting Christian values of integrity, respect, and diligence. Here at the Africa Women’s Leadership Academy, we aspire to shape and mentor dynamic, resilient, and visionary leaders who will not only contribute to but lead the narrative of Africa’s future.

Our Academy takes pride in its diverse offering of meticulously crafted leadership training and business courses. Each program is designed with an emphasis on fostering critical thinking, decision-making, and prob- lem-solving skills, serving as a spring- board for our students to excel in their chosen endeavours and effect meaningful change in their communi- ties.
